On Sept. 5, President Trump and his administration pledged to stop critical race theory training in federal agencies, with White House officials calling it “anti-American propaganda,” and President Trump referring to it as “a sickness that cannot be continued.”
Well, they’re right. Christopher Rufo, an Adjunct Fellow at the Pacific Research Institute who has been researching CRT for the last six months, told Fox News talk show host Tucker Carlson that critical race theory is being weaponized against the American people. He shared three investigations that he unleashed, which included scenarios in which the Treasury Department conducted seminars that said “virtually all white people, regardless of how ‘woke’ they are, contribute to racism.”
Rufo also found that the FBI holds weekly seminars on intersectionality, which “is a hard left theory that reduces people to a network of racial, gender and sexual orientation identities.” Rufo also found that white male executives at Sandia National Laboratories were sent to a three-day reeducation camp to “deconstruct their white male culture,” and they were forced to write letters of apology for being white.
So, what is the most sane conclusion that can be drawn from critical race theory and leftist ideals slowly seeping into our government and our justice system? The authors of CRT want to radically reshape American culture and principles. It seems like they want to abolish the idea that everyone is equal under the law, and instead they want to reduce everyone to their race. They want to judge people by privileges and oppressions that simply don’t exist.
Critical race theory has turned into the single biggest threat to American values of equality, and the mandatory seminars and reeducation camps are reminiscent of the tactics that Italian Fascists and Nazis used.
The most notorious tactic of Nazi Germany was to single out a specific group and blame them for all their woes, which is what they did with the Jewish people. This is what critical race theorists are doing to white Americans. They are trying to “right the wrongs” of the past by placing the blame for all of the problems of minorities on racism and systemic oppression. The American left doesn’t believe in equality anymore; they want to fundamentally change our principles for their political gain.
The American left has become more racist than ever before; they now see everything through skin color, and they judge others only because of their race. This has been seen in many incidents, like when white protesters in Cary, North Carolina, washed the feet of black protesters and apologized for being white. This is fundamentally the opposite of the teachings of Martin Luther King, Jr., who said, “Judge a man not by the color of his skin, but by the content of his character.” It’s almost as if the American left has become one in the same with white supremacists. They can both find common ground in saying that all white people are superior and have inherent social privileges.
So what can you, as a law-abiding citizen, do?
Stand close to the beliefs that have made America exceptional. Always remind yourself that we are all created equal, and we are endowed with certain unalienable rights. See the people around you as American, not as white, black, Brown, Hispanic or Asian. Don’t get sucked in by extreme leftist propaganda and critical race theory.
Like Morgan Freeman has said, “Black history is American history. … I’m going to stop calling you a white man, and I’m gonna ask you to stop calling me a black man. I know you as Mike Wallace, you know me as Morgan Freeman.”
